Volunteer Info and Requirements

• All volunteers must be at the Bellevue Hyatt by 3 PM on Saturday, March 16 and stay until the completion of event wrap-up at approximately 10 PM. Time Commitment: 3pm to 10pm
• Volunteers must be at least 21 years of age and should be comfortable engaging with the public.
• Volunteers must be dressed in semi-formal dark attire, such as a suit or a dress.
• Volunteers will attend an orientation and be provided with refreshments and dinner during the event.
• Some orientation materials may be shared in advance and some volunteer roles may require additional training prior to the event.

To be considered for a volunteer role you must complete this application. Once you complete your application, we will contact you to confirm your volunteer status.

In the application, you will have the opportunity to indicate your Top 3 desired volunteer roles. *We will make every effort to assign you a role that matches you interests. Assignments are not guaranteed and could change at any time.*

• Greeter, Usher, and Wayfinding
• Coat Check
• Author Assistant and Book Sales
• Guest Registration
• Author Salon Sales
• Book Store Assistant
• Bar Sales Assistant
• Premium Wine Sales and Runner
• Volunteer Services
• Raise the Paddle Recorder
• Stage Manager (requires additional training)
